Welcome to NEB ASSIST! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which provides personalized MCQs and study notes for Nepal’s entrance exams and SEE preparation. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using the platform.

Your NEB ASSIST account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials (email, wallet number, or access codes) with others is strictly prohibited. If we detect unauthorized sharing, your account will be revoked without refund, and access to all services will be terminated.

You may use your NEB ASSIST account on a maximum of three devices. Exceeding this limit may result in your account being flagged and potentially revoked. If you need to switch devices, please ensure you log out from unused devices or contact us for assistance.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass access restrictions, using the service for illegal activities, or distributing content from NEB ASSIST without permission. Violation of this policy may lead to account suspension or termination.

All payments for NEB ASSIST packages (SEE, Basic, KTM) are processed securely via Esewa and Khalti. Refunds are not provided after a package is activated, except in cases required by Nepal’s laws. Contact us at nebassist@gmail.com for payment-related inquiries.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms (e.g., sharing credentials, exceeding device limits). Upon termination, you will lose access to all purchased packages without refund.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We’ll notify you via email or a website notice. Continued use of NEB ASSIST after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
